Nothing wrong with those US made wahs just a different flavor, the wah in question looks to have a board from a Sepulveda wah transplanted into an Italian V846 shell, drill baby drill :? . Has the ICAR pot though , why the heck that didn't get snagged is a mystery unless its shot..

wonder what the logic (of the seller) is. Is he hoping that some of the (presumably) smaller number of people who don't bother to do any homework (and maybe have too much money to spend) encounters the auction? Sort of like those spam mails for scammy products or outright scams. Send a million and it's still worth it even if the scammer gets a small percentage of "hits".
