Brian,

What are the primary wiring(s) for this OT?

The lower primary Z should be the striped wires. This can be checked by measuring the DCR on the coil. The lower Z will have a lower DCR.

I'll draw up a diagram later tonight.

I have been measuring and measuring, and it's not making any sense yet.
Which wire is the CT?
I am assuming:
each of the LOz wires will have the same DCR to the CT
and
each of the HIz wires will have the same (and slightly higher) DCR to the CT
???

OK, I see that I need to send an email out on this.

The original higher Z wires are Red-Brown-White, Brown being the CT.

The new lower Z wires should be Red w/Black-Brown-White w/Black. I am getting 2 ohm between the Brown CT and the White w/Black wire.

The only way I can find balance is to use:
White wire as CT:
Gives:
80 ohms to the red and red/black
and
35 ohms to brown and white/black

I've sent an email out and hope to have an answer Monday.

I will continue to look at the OT myself later tonight to see if I can find the true issue.

OK, I just checked the OT and found that the 2k5 tap is good and the OT can be used with this primary tap but not the 2k2 taps. If someone want one of these just for the 2k5 primary, send me an email.
