Low Voltage reading on 50w Build V1 Need Help

Hi all! Looking for help regarding some low voltage readings. I have on my Metro 50 watt 68 Marshall build. This is my first build and not sure what to do next. It was built using the Marstran 118 transformer. I tried to attach pics but could not. Any advice would be appreciated.

Both readings are on V1
Pin 6 is reading 146 dc instructions say should be 188 dc.
Pin 8 is reading .83 dc instructions say it should be reading 1.7 dc.

All other readings seem to be within range.
