New K2O amplifier

Postby Brian Wallace » Mon Jul 09, 2012 7:47 pm

I've uploaded some pictures of my new amp the K2O. This is an EL84 amp ala AC30 with an added Mid pot and reverb.

K2O Combo

I also uploaded the pictures to my site for those who don't want to mess with FB.

hey Brian, an AC30 type amp is a nice idea. Related to a Marshall (top boost ones and AC50s with their tone stack if I recall correctly) but a different sort of attractiveness. I like the clean clip. 8)

Dai,

It's a nice change from the Marshall stuff and I like the tone a lot. I've always been a Brian May and Rory Gallagher fan so the amp was natural for me to build. :)
