optimized XFMRs for 6550/KT88?

(haven't really thought this through so possibly not a good idea, but) since (what I understand) for a "normal" Marshall, the B+ winding is not made for these tubes (6550/KT88) and Marshall apparently biased them factory as 25W tubes and not (36W?--something like that depending on particular tube), so just wondered if there would be any sonic benefit from having the transformers optimized so they could be biased hotter. Or if on a stock Marshall if the B+ was lowered a lot (individually) so 6550s could be run a bit hotter.
