This is interesting, dude measures the voltage first then the resistance of the OT while still warm, splitting hairs?

When I get some time I want to use the shunt method & cathode method (-screens) simultaneously while the amp is cold then after some warm up time measure again to see if there is a signification difference in quiescent current between the two methods.

Did you?

Confess I measure the resistance cold with amp turned off to avoid getting zapped and the voltage when warm.........

Nah been too lazy but the holiday shutdown is almost here so no excuse :lol:
