phpBB code help

I'm looking for someone to help me out with the spam bots and such on this forum. I can do some things but I'm not a phpBB code type of person.

Search for &agree string in phpBB files. Possibly somewhere in the login page. Change all these strings to another word. For example &iagree or &iaccept.
It stops spambots which can overcome registration by this form.
