Yes, this is the early PT used in the 45/100's.
Remember....You can fix it with a little extra energy and a positive attitude. ;)

Brian, you should clone that transformer. the lower b+ could be useful as could the 5v.
however, 3A for the heaters and 200mA for the 350v seems little for a 100w
